At DrupalCamp Colorado I attended two sessions presented by 1) a 12 year old with 3 years Drupal experience and 2) two high school students on good web site design (as in “pretty”).
Matthew Tucker and Preston So did a professional presentation, as good as any I’ve seen. Even their Keynote (Mac’s presentation software) was nicer than most presentations I’ve seen:

I’ve given many people advice that if they are looking for a web site designer and can’t/don’t want to use a full scale design company they should look for a local high school kid to do their site.
The presentations and web sites that were presented this weekend just reinforce the advice—its better work than some major companies do!
